Rodale Launches International Edition of Runner's World Norway

—Key Market Expands Runner’s World Footprint to 17 Editions Worldwide Spanning 20 Countries with a Readership of More Than 4.5 Million—


NEW YORK (Dec. 13, 2012) — Rodale Inc. today announced the launch of Runner’s World Norway in partnership with publisher Springtime Media, effective with the March 2013 issue; six issues are planned for the year. Runner’s World Norway is an extension of the successful partnership between Rodale Inc. and Springtime Media on Runner’s World Sweden, which launched in 1996. Rodale is extending with Springtime Media in Scandinavia and the local edition of Runner’s World Norway will be published in partnership with Sportmedia, as well. This announcement brings the number of global Runner’s World editions to 17, spanning 20 countries. Rodale International publishes the third most titles of any U.S. publisher.

Eivind Bye will be the Editor-in-Chief of Runner’s World Norway; he is currently the Redaksjonskoordinator (editorial director) at Sportmedia. Runner’s World Norway will be published monthly at a price of 69.50 Norwegian Krona (NOK) and will reach 10,000 readers.
